Montebello Community Adult School is WASC accredited. It offers both a teacher-directed and independent studies program, which allows students to earn a high school diploma with a standards-based curriculum. The program ensures that graudates acquire the critical and academic skills necessary to continue their education and provides students with many more opportunities to achieve success.
New Students will need to contact a counselor to register for the MCAS High School Diploma Program.

REQUIREMENTS
Adult High School Diploma Program/Requirements: A High School Diploma is awarded for completion of 180 semester credits in appropriate subjects
*10 credits of the Math requirement must be in Algebra
Students working toward a high school diploma must be interviewed by an Adult School Counselor prior to enrollment in classes. A pre-test and post-test are required of all students. Students will need to submit official transcripts. Credit is allowed for successful completion of any high school coursework. Diploma students are encouraged to attend 90% of the class time.
