Material Fees

Are limited to the actual cost of consumable supplies or program specific materials

Vary by course and program requirements

Are clearly communicated to students at the time of registration or prior to the start of the course

Are non-refundable once materials have been issued, unless otherwise stated

No student will be denied access to a program solely due to an inability to pay material fees. Students experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to speak with school staff regarding possible accommodations or fee assistance options, if available.

MCAS remains committed to transparency and equity in all fee practices.
Refund Policy
All refunds must be approved by a Principal.
Material fees are not refundable once the course begins. The only exception to this policy is when the Montebello Community Adult School cancels the class. In this instance, the fees charged for the canceled class will be refunded.
